Brain Injury Changes Everything
My brain injury was one of the best things that ever happened to me. Struggling for seven years with a brain that did not serve me well developed in me a more profound compassion and empathy for others that is foundational to my therapeutic approach.
In 2008, a severe cycling accident left me a broken mess.
Navigating life was next-to-impossible. No intervention helped me 100% recover my pre-injury brain functioning.... until 6 years later when I found BrainPaint® neurofeedback that saved my brain, saved my life. In only 25 one-hour sessions.

As BrainPaint® neurofeedback freed me of the prison of a dysregulated brain, I have purpose and passion to help others be free of a brain that keeps them from thriving.
In 2014, I opened Elevate Brain Training to help others be the best versions of themselves, to live a thriving life, to overcome hindrances, and to embrace life to the fullest.
